About Us
Spacious Condo Townhome
This unit is tastefully decorated and continually updated for everyone to enjoy; it features an opportunity to soak in all the beautiful ambiances the Gulf of Mexico provides. Horizon South offers a little bit of everything, no matter what vacation you are looking for. You’ll be perfectly located with a ground floor entrance from your own private patio for outdoor dining, which offers palm trees to highlight the calmness for private relaxation. No elevators necessary to get inside your secluded townhome. A second-floor loft has a large magnificent primary bedroom suite with a king size adjustable bed, private bathroom with tub/shower ensemble and closet. The main floor has a full bathroom with large walk-in shower and a private bedroom with two queen size beds and a queen size sofa bed. Inside your air-conditioned vacation home you will find a small yet fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, air fryer and so many other handy appliances. We also offer 3 large flat screen smart TVs with free cable television, internet Wi-Fi, and charging ports throughout the unit! Included is a private washer and dryer located within.
Horizon South Community Amenities
Rental check-in and check-out is all completed with the Property Management company, however complex registry is also required (the complex does not have any rental information nor can they help with rental questions). Once registered at Horizon South, a code gated community with security officers during the peak seasons, the amenities are all at no charge to our unit guests who supply their own sports equipment and have a mandatory Horizon South wristband ($20 per person per 7 days, 6 years old and up). The community allows up to 2 vehicles, with parking passes, @ $25 each per 10 days, and many other amenities. Boasting 4 pools (one heated during winter months), a hot tub & kiddie pool. Play tennis, basketball, shuffleboard or let the family enjoy a round of putt-putt mini golf at our on location free course (bring your own tennis rackets, basketballs, and other sports equipment such as shuffleboard to fully appreciate the sports amenities, putters and golf balls are available for your use, located in our private patio storage closet.) When you are ready to leave the gated community the gently rolling waves of the beach will be waiting. Just a very short walk across the street from the main gate awaits a deeded private beach access for your use, after few more steps you can be walking in the sugary soft sand of the Emerald Coast awaiting your arrival. Beautiful Beaches, Sand, Sun, Shopping, and Restaurants
A short stroll outside the front main gate offers private beach access. No need to drive to a public access and find additional parking. You can enjoy the sunshine and your feet can be in the sand and water within minutes. With such easy access it is very easy to make quick trips back to your vacation unit as often as you need throughout your beach day. After the beach you can drive out the back gate to quickly get to all the shopping, eateries and attractions that you are interested in, or drive out the front gate to fully appreciate the PCB scenery.
